Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm all appointments. The deposit amount depends on your appointment location and will be included in your booking confirmation email. Your deposit will be applied toward your service fee on the day of your visit. If the deposit is not received within 72 hours of booking, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the booking deposit.
