Your First Visit

Choose your preferred clinic location, pick a date that works for you, and select the service you need. You can book online in just a few clicks.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm all appointments. The deposit amount depends on your appointment location and will be included in your booking confirmation email. Your deposit will be applied toward your service fee on the day of your visit. If the deposit is not received within 72 hours of booking, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Before your appointment, you'll receive preparation guidelines by email. These typically include avoiding lotions, deodorants, and sun exposure on the area being scanned. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Your session is quick, painless, and completely non-invasive — no radiation, no contact with the body. The technician will use a specialized thermal camera to capture images. Most appointments take 45–90 minutes depending on the service.

After your scan, the thermal images are sent to Board Certified Clinical Thermographers at Thermography Clinic Inc. for analysis. This typically takes 3-4 weeks.

You'll receive a detailed report containing all of the thermal images along with analysis and any recommendations for further testing.
